Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your home. If a piece doesn’t quite fit your space or vision, our Return & Refund Policy provides a clear path forward for our Pakistani customers.

3.1 The 14-Day “Trial” Period

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in original condition, with all packaging materials, protective foams, and assembly hardware intact.

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety, or due to specialized nature, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Bespoke/Customized Orders: Items made to your specific color or size specifications.
  • Used Linens/Bedding: Unless still in sealed, original packaging.
  • Clearance/Final Sale Items: Products sold at deep discounts as-is.

3.3 Initiating a Return

  1. Notification: Email returns@cosyliving.store with your Order ID and photographic evidence if the item arrived damaged.
  2. Assessment: Our team will review the request within 48 hours.
  3. Logistics: For large furniture, we will dispatch our specialized courier team for a scheduled pickup. Do not attempt to ship heavy furniture via standard post.

3.4 Refunds

  • Inspection: Once returned, items undergo a quality check to ensure they remain in saleable condition.
  • Refund Channels: Refunds are processed to the original payment method or via bank transfer. Please allow up to 15 business days for completion.
  • Restocking/Handling: For “Change of Mind” returns, a handling fee of 10% of the item’s value may be deducted to cover inspection and re-packaging costs.

3.5 Damaged on Arrival

If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will facilitate a free replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs. Your peace of mind is our priority.
